UPDATE- March 12, 2018. Downgrading to two stars because it programmed fine, but only worked for a few weeks. The valet key is a fine, but the REMOTE keyless functions stopped working about 2-months after I had it coded to the car. I purchased the key in July of 2017, but didn't have it cut and programmed till Jan 2018. I could probably have obtained a warranty replacement if I had put it into service right away.WARRANTY IS 90 DAYS FROM PURCHASE. But I don't think you'll find the warranty stated anywhere on the product page. Silly me; I assumed 1-yr.Their tech support has an actual phone number and the tech was very nice. But they just told me 'sorry, this has 90-day warranty'. So I'm out of luck.ORIGINAL REVIEW- Jan 6, 2018- Great value, they worked out just great for me (2005 Grand Cherokee). But I wish I could deduct 1/2 star because the button graphics wear off quickly.I only had one key, so I was unable to program the keys myself. (If you already have TWO working keys, supposedly you can program them yourself very simply using the included instructions)First, I took the keys to a hardware store that claimed to handle smart keys like this, but they would only program keys purchased from them.So I took them to my local Dodge dealer and they were able to program them just like OEM keys. They had a flat rate charge to cut and program multiple keys, that was a LOT more palatable than buying new OEM keys AND paying the programming fee. I thought they would hassle me about the aftermarket keys, but they were actually very nice about it.A++++++
