Comes with 5 keys and seems to be a good heavy set.Could be better quality.. one foes won't to lock very easily..I've put many new door handles/knobs on in my life. These mount about as well as any I've ever done. I'm a little skeptical on how well made they are. They function fine but just have a "feel" to them that they may not hold up for a long time. I am 2 months in and no problems yet. We will see.I was surprised to find this is quite a heavy handle / lock. While in the medium price range, it feels pretty hefty and well made, and looks very nice installed. So much so that I ordered another, but in the round style.We changed all the hardware in our new home and replaced the old gold builder grade stuff. With everything DIY upgrade you need to be a bit handy. Simple youtube video or a basic google search can help ease your stress!These matched more closely the Amazon Basics handles we purchased and we have two doors (garage back door and mud room door) that needed to be the same key. The deadbolt and handle needed to be completely taken apart to sit properly and lock in the same way everything else locks (up and down not sideways) - no problem for me as i’ve learned to be handy. If your not handy you may need some help. Plus keep in mind doors are crooked and need adjusted, walls are not flat, smooth or level no matter how new your home is.Over all I love these! And worth the work!Nice lock set and works great. Easy to set up and instructions were clear and concise. Always us Schlage and never disappointed.One handle won’t lock at all. The other one is so loose it has a lot of slack in it. Absolutely no security from them. The deadbolts lock well thank goodness. The handles do look nice, but they’re pieces of junk. Had a professional installer from my contractor. So it’s not our (as the customer) mistake by not knowing how to install properly.I purchased this as we have some carpel tunnel issues in our home. The lever is easy to open. The hardware slipped right in. Would buy again.
