I needed a replacement fob for my 2002 Tacoma. This came ready to be paired and even included instructions. If you have the alarm and not just keyless entry watch the glass break sensor light when you are pairing. It will go solid when it's ready for you to press the button on the remote (this is not listed in the instructions). Easy process and now I have a brand new working fob.
