First thing to note about this item is that it is larger than anticipated. So just double check your measurements before ordering. I was expecting something much thinner and smaller.Not an issue for me but if you want something that is smaller than a deck of cards and thinner than one, you might want to look for something else.Other than that it has held up quite well. The magnetic feature has been really handy in placing it in certain areas. The place that I have mine does not allow it to be exposed to weather so I can't really speak to its durability in those situations. but if you are just looking for something rather cheap to keep a spare set of keys in, this will do the trick.
