I have a magnetic quick release key ring so needed something non-ferrous so this was great for me. Only wish one side of the lobster lock was smaller as when it is connected to my wallet in my back pocket, it is pretty bulky. Might look into modifying by replacing one of the lobster clasp. Otherwise was what I expectingI prefer brass to chrome. I never saw a brass wallet chain until I saw this one. Its nice and long and looks great. I clean it every couple of weeks with TarnX metal cleaner. TarnX says dont use it on brass. But I tried it and it works great! I filled an average coffee mug half way with TarnX and I drop the chain in it, jiggle it around for a couple minutes, then I rinse it with cold tap water. Then I dry it off. Keeps it new looking. I pour the TarnX back into the container to be ready for next time. Ive been cleaning it this way for months with no side effects to the brass. Highly recommend!Bought these chains to decorate my Doc Martens. Had been looking for Docs with buckles and chains, but some didn’t fit and others weren’t in my size. Also quite expensive. My waxy Docs have brass eyelets, and the chains match and look great. So, $40 vs. $160-200!
